Welcome to EraHQ. By accessing or using EraHQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use EraHQ.

1. What EraHQ Is

EraHQ is a web-based personal planning and self-improvement application. It provides routines, journal prompts, habit tracking, affirmations, style boards, and sticker customization features organized around selectable identity themes (“eras”). EraHQ is available at erahq.app and is designed to work on modern web browsers across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

2. Who Can Use EraHQ

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the age requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@erahq.app.

4. What You're Paying For

EraHQ is offered as a one-time purchase of $47 USD, granting you access to all features for 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes all four era experiences, all features within the app, and any new features, eras, or content drops released during your access period.

Sticker expansion packs may be offered as separate purchases at additional cost. These are optional and not required to use EraHQ.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. EraHQ does not store your credit card information. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

6. Access Period and Renewal

Your access to EraHQ lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase. Before your access expires, you will receive a notification with the option to renew. If you choose not to renew, your access to the app will end. Any journal entries, habit data, and content you created within EraHQ will be retained in our system for 30 days after expiration, during which time you may renew to restore access.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product and the fact that access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using EraHQ, contact us at hello@erahq.app and we will work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy at our discretion.

8. Your Content

“Your Content” includes journal entries, habit data, style board uploads, sticker placements, routine customizations, and any other data you create within EraHQ.

You own your content. EraHQ does not claim ownership of anything you create within the app. We will never sell your content, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (for example, storing it in our database).

You grant EraHQ a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

9. Our Content

All EraHQ designs, templates, sticker assets, UI elements, branding, copy, code, and creative assets are the intellectual property of EraHQ. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of any EraHQ assets.

You may screenshot your own personalized views of EraHQ (such as your habit grid, your daily screen, or your decorated screen) for personal sharing on social media. You may not screenshot or reproduce EraHQ's design system, templates, or assets for commercial use or resale.

10. AI-Generated Content

EraHQ may use artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to generate daily journal prompts, affirmations, greetings, and personalized suggestions. This content is generated dynamically and may vary.

AI-generated content within EraHQ is for personal reflection and self-improvement purposes only. It is not professional advice. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or any other professional service. See our Disclaimer page for more details.

If you opt in to personalized AI prompts (via the toggle in Settings), your journal entries will be sent to Anthropic's API to generate more relevant prompts. This data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's usage policies and is not stored by Anthropic beyond the request. You can opt out at any time, and your journal entries will no longer be sent to the AI.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your account without refund.

12. Service Availability

EraHQ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the app at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

13. Third-Party Services

EraHQ relies on the following third-party services to operate:

We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of these third-party services. By using EraHQ, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these services in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EraHQ and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of EraHQ.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of EraHQ shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current access period ($47 USD).

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the app. Your continued use of EraHQ after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
