Refund Policy

EraHQ is a digital product. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

All sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of EraHQ, we do not offer refunds.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using EraHQ, please contact us at hello@erahq.app. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

In rare cases where a technical issue cannot be resolved and prevents you from using the product entirely, we may offer a remedy at our discretion. This may include extended access time or, in exceptional circumstances, a partial or full refund.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, your account will be suspended immediately. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

Sticker expansion packs: Sticker pack purchases are also final and non-refundable, as the digital assets are delivered immediately upon purchase.
